General Terms & Conditions
Upon placing an order you agree with the terms and conditions of the MIPACHA online store.
1. RIGHT TO RETURN AND REPLACEMENT
You have, for a period of 30 days, the right to return or exchange the ordered articles. Please note that returned articles must be in new condition. Products that have been worn or damaged may not be returned under any circumstances. All products must be repacked in the original, unmarked packaging with original hangtags and/or labels still attached including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that was included with the product. In case of degradation of the product we reserve ourselves the right to require an indemnification. We strongly advise you to put sufficient postage on your returns. Packages with insufficient postage arriving at the MIPACHA warehouse will not be accepted.
*In case you received a defect or wrong product, please contact our customer support beforehand. We will send a return label to return the wrong/defected product. We can not reimburse shipping costs if you have not contacted us in advance.
2. PRICING AND PAYMENT METHODS
VAT percentage are included in the prices on the site and vary depending on the delivery country:
The Netherlands: 21%
France: 20%
Germany: 19%
Switzerland: 0%
ROW: 0%
MIPACHA is not responsible for any import costs, such as local taxes and customs clearance.
You can choose between the payment methods indicated on the online store.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
MIPACHA reserves the right to decline online orders. Whether an order is accepted lies at the discretion of MIPACHA. If an online order is accepted by MIPACHA, you will be informed as soon as possible by e-mail (if your email address has been stated correctly).
4. TRANSPORT DAMAGES
If goods with obvious damages to packaging or its contents are delivered, the customer has to immediately inform the employee of the carrier, refuse the acceptance and contact MIPACHA by email at support@mipacha.com in order for MIPACHA to be able to exercise its rights towards the carrier. In case you fail to do so, this might influence your legal claims.
5. RETENTION OF TITLE
All articles remain the property of MIPACHA until complete payment has been received.

7. EXCLUSION LIABILITY EXTERNAL LINKS
In spite of thorough controls MIPACHA assumes no liability for the complete contents of the external links, should such links exist. MIPACHA states to have no control over design and content of the pages that is being linked to. Solely the organisations editing the linked pages can be held responsible for their contents.
8. PICTURES
Please keep in mind that the color of pictures might slightly deviate from the delivered article due to the type of screen, the way you have programmed your screen and the light intensity that was applicable during the photo shoots. Also every single piece in our collection is an individual handmade item, no one equates the other one.
